Social Security Institution (SGK) Agreement
As Bali Dialysis Center, one of our most fundamental principles is to ensure that our citizens from all walks of life can access quality and world-class health services easily and without any financial burden. In this direction, our institution provides services as fully contracted with the Republic of Turkey Social Security Institution (SGK).
All our general health insured patients who are treated in our center and who are members of SSK, Bağ-Kur and Emekli Sandığı, and the right holders whom these persons are obliged to look after, benefit from hemodialysis services without paying any difference fee (without contribution share) if they apply with a medical board report.
Kidney failure is a challenging disease process, and treatment standards must be continuous. We want our patients to focus only on their own health and morale without any economic concerns.
Our Services within the Scope of SGK Provided Free of Charge
The special services that all our patients registered in our center benefit from within the framework of our SGK agreement are as follows:
- Routine Hemodialysis Seances: Dialysis treatments applied as frequently as prescribed by the specialist physician (usually 3 days a week, for 4 hours).
- Latest Technology Consumables: Disposable biocompatible dialyzers (artificial kidney filters), blood sets, fistula needles and dialysate liquids used in treatment are provided by our center without any additional burden.
- Medical Tests and Laboratory: Monthly routine blood tests and viral marker controls that must be performed at Ministry of Health standards for treatment follow-up are performed free of charge in our contracted high-level laboratories.
- Examination and Medical Follow-up: Routine patient visits and follow-up of drug dosages performed in each seance by our responsible specialist physicians and dialysis physicians.
- Dietitian Services: Planning of completely personalized nutrition programs periodically by our dietitian in line with the clinical findings special for dialysis patients.
- Special Transportation (Patient Transport) Service: Taking our patients from home and bringing them to the clinic with comfortable vehicles and leaving them back home safely after treatment is provided to our patients free of charge with our modern vehicle fleet with special drivers, as a part of our package agreement with SGK.
Private Health Insurances and Complementary Health Insurances (TSS)
Our service processes are also carried out meticulously for our patients who have individual and corporate private health insurances as well as state assurance. Some Private Health Insurance (ÖSS) and Complementary Health Insurance (TSS) policies can also cover dialysis processes within the policy limits or unlimitedly.
You can get support from our contracted institutions department in our center about the dialysis coverage scope of your policy and insurance company. Provision approval processes from insurance companies are followed by our expert team on your behalf, preventing you from being tired with unnecessary documents or bureaucratic procedures.
Insured Patients from Abroad (Expatriate and Tourist Patients)
We have specific agreements and special billing procedures with consulate correspondences for our expatriate citizens living abroad (especially Germany, Netherlands, France, England, Switzerland) and spending their summer holidays or relative visits in Turkey and for foreign tourists.
Our patients who are connected to health funds in European countries (for example, AOK, TK, Barmer in Germany etc.) and activate their health provisions in Turkey via the SGK Foreign Transactions Office (YUPASS), can benefit from our dialysis services without paying an additional fee within the scope of our SGK agreement. International detailed (English/German) medical billing documents are delivered completely to our patients who have not registered with YUPASS or who use private international health insurance so that they can present them to their own institutions.
